Shipping Information

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will process that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-2 days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. If you have questions about typical shipping times to your address, please email info@popztopz.com for more information.

Overnight orders are shipped Monday-Friday before 4pm each day.   

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive standard shipments. If you have not received your goods after 10 business days, please contact info@popztopz.com.

Shipping Costs and Options – Continental United States

Standard (Ground) — $12.25 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $46 flat rate

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. If your selection does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 15 days of receipt to exchange it or to receive a credit or refund for your purchase. If a customer desires a refund the total for the amount of the purchase will be refunded minus the $12.25 shipping and handling fee. Please allow 7-10 business days on all returns and refunds.
